On April 17, 2025 - Capgemini has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Delta Capita BV and its wholly owned subsidiary Delta Capita Academy BV, both based in the Netherlands. These entities were formerly part of Delta Capita Group Ltd. and specialize in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) services.
This marks Capgemini’s second acquisition in the FCC space in 18 months, reinforcing its strategy to become a global leader in Know Your Customer (KYC) and FCC transformation. The acquisition enhances Capgemini’s European service offerings in risk management, financial crime mitigation, and regulatory compliance, complementing its existing capabilities across Romania, Poland, India, and the UK.
With a team of over 200 KYC analysts and consultants, Delta Capita BV and its academy arm bring deep domain expertise in KYC, anti-bribery and corruption, and risk management frameworks. Their clientele spans major banks, insurance companies, and pension firms—well aligned with Capgemini’s financial services portfolio.
The acquisition enables Capgemini to offer first, second, and third line of defense advisory and managed services, particularly valuable amid growing demand for complex regulatory support and Dutch pension legislation compliance.
“The acquisition of Delta Capita BV will position the Group as the global partner of choice in KYC transformation,” said Kartik Ramakrishnan, CEO of Capgemini’s Financial Services and Group Executive Board Member. “Their specialized team will enhance our European FCC footprint with multilingual capabilities and deep local regulatory insight.”
Tom Kastelein, CEO of Delta Capita BV, added: “Capgemini’s global scale, established financial services expertise, and broad partner network made them a natural fit. We’re excited to join forces to deliver end-to-end FCC transformation for our clients.”
The acquisition was signed and closed simultaneously on April 16, 2025.
